We think you’re going to love your purchase from Outlet London. But if you’re not 100% satisfied, no worries! You can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Has it been a bit longer? We’ve got you. We offer store credit on returns made up to 60 days after delivery.

Exchanges are free and available on items of equal value.

Returns/exchanges are usually processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.

Apparel must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Bundled items (e.g., “3 for 2” offers) must be returned as a complete set.
